'Casa Blanca' is a modern, spacious villa which can comfortably accommodate up to 14 adults. 12 in beds within 5 bedrooms, with possibility for 2 on the lounge sofa bed and availability of cots for babies/toddlers.
The living accommodation is generous and contemporary as you would expect from a modern Spanish home; with a cool and airy lounge, large dining room leading to a separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
The villa sits in a large south facing garden which is not overlooked. With terraces leading down from the patio to the private pool, this is a great space in which to relax, dine or play. The location is our proudest feature, being conveniently set back from the bustle of the town, yet within easy walking distance of the Dorada beach, shops, restaurants, bars, Marina Rubicon, harbor and incredible 6 mile seafront promenade.
The size, facilities, location and sleeping options of this villa make it ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The south facing tiled terrace is accessed via double patio doors from the dining room, or from one of the bedrooms. On the terrace there is a barbecue, table and chairs, and sun loungers by the pool. The gardens surrounding the pool and terrace are typical Canarian; neat black volcanic shingle with shrubs/cacti
swimming pool, close to beach, child friendly, ideal for families with teenagers.
The villa will receive weekly cleaning, towel and sheet change. However please bring your own pool/beach towels

Playa Dorada beach is 1 mile (15 min stroll) away on footpaths restaurant/bar: Being in the centre of Playa Blanca everything is close. The harbor and town centre is 1 mile shops: The twice weekly market and a HyperDino supermarket are very close by
