Recently refurbished, the cottage has a living/dining area with a wood burning fire for winter lets and a spacious modern kitchen. Patio doors from the lounge lead onto an elevated terrace and a paved area shaded by a magnificent palm tree.
Cook on the barbecue in the shade of the palm tree. There is a private pool (10 x 4 metres, 1-2.5 metres deep) shared only with the very discreet owners who live in a separate villa in the same grounds. The downstairs double bedroom has an ensuite with bath/shower. Upstairs, there is a twin-bedded room with an ensuite shower. The patio door opens onto a small balcony with table and chairs and views to the sea. All patio doors and windows have fly screens.
There is an excellent welcome pack upon your arrival, and you can pick your own lemons and oranges in season. Watch the sun go down on the terrace with a Gin & Tonic and freshly picked lemon. Maid service, linen change weekly. Pool towels can be provided.
Bank, post office, mini-market, restaurants, bars and cafes are in nearby Santa Barbara; several large supermarkets within 15 minutes drive. No pets. Car hire is essential. Rental season January to December. No specific changeover day, first come first served.
