Casa Bonita is situated in the exclusive Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen in Lanzarote. Casa Bonita is close to the Old Town and Harbour area where there is an extensive selection of Restaurants and Bars. It is an 8min walk to the nearest supermarket and 15 min walk to the Old Town.
The Villa is Bright, spacious and furnished to a high standard throughout.
The Villa has a large Sun Terrace with Sea views and a Dinning area which has a covered for shade, Heated Pool with pool side shower and Built in Barbeque. The garden is surrounded by high walls for Privacy.
Entering the Villa into the sitting room come dinning room with its wall to wall windows looking out over the Pool and Patio area. There is a separate kitchen with dinning area which is fully equipped with all modern appliances and utensils.
The master bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and ensuite with shower, toilet and double sinks with French doors leading out to the patio and pool. There are two twin bedrooms one with an extra Pull out Bed. The large master bathroom has shower, bath, toilet and double sinks.
