Casa Feliz is an attractive, traditional style villa set in a prime residential area, and a ten minute walk alongside a working vineyard to Moraira town centre, market, beach or local supermarkets.

The villa has been sympathetically modernised and, as we use it regularly, it is fully equipped to provide all home comforts. The light, airy lounge/diner has a 32" flat screen television with English channels, plus a radio/CD player, DVD player and board games. The lounge and kitchen are on the same 1st floor level as the master bedroom/en-suite bathroom, second bedroom and family shower room. The third bedroom is on the ground floor level with French doors leading onto the garden. It has its own shower and WC but please note that it has no stairs and internal access to the rooms above. However this makes it ideal for couples, grandparents etc who may like some privacy, or older off-spring not requiring supervision. For the tiny ones we have left a Graco travel cot, a high chair, stair-gate, baby bath and even a potty!

Moraira has grown from a small fishing village to an attractive, small and friendly town with an interesting assortment of shops (clothes, shoes and jewellery!). The supermarkets stock an excellent selection of local and British goods, there are numerous bars and restaurants and a wonderful ice cream shop! There is a pretty marina by the fish market, a small, enclosed fun fair for younger children, nearby go-cart circuit and clean, shallow beaches. Moraira is a family destination, with only a few small hotels and no package holiday style developments. The proximity of the villa to the town means that a car is not essential, but it is desirable if you wish to explore the area. There is some staggering scenery and a variety of larger towns, attractions and theme parks, within a 45 minute drive.

Moraira is roughly a 60 minute drive from Alicante, and an 80 minute drive from Valencia airport. If you are planning a two week stay it is a surprisingly easy 18 hour drive from Boulogne or Calais, with roughly 1150 miles mostly on motorways. For two or more people, the cost of fuel, tolls and one overnight stay each way at one of the hotels just off the motorway (eg at Narbonne) is likely to be off set by avoiding check in queues, peak flight fares, car hire costs and being able to pack favourite toys and bring back the local wine!

All hand, bath towels, bath mats and bed linen are included, however please bring own pool/beach towels and cot sheets. The property is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Linen is changed once a week
