Panoramic's properties are situated in the brand new “Marina Agadir” resort which is by far the most prestigious and up market location in Agadir. Apart from being literally yards from the most wonderful golden beach, both our properties also have the benefit of the three large communal pools and sunbathing areas set in the beautiful landscaped gardens within the private, gated complex.
The entire resort is built around the magnificent purpose-built marina which also boasts an excellent selection of high class shops ranging from Zara through to exclusive individual outlets, plus a selection of bars and restaurants literally a few yards walk from your door. There is also a supermarket for your daily requirements, pharmacy, laundry, bank with cash machine, car hire office, beauty salon and many services to ensure everything you need is at your fingertips.
We can particularly recommend first hand the Venezia Ice Bar with its range of exotic ice creams, sundaes, pastries and breakfast crepes. Definitely the place for a little well earned holiday time self indulgence! (calorie counting not recommended!) This magnificent deluxe marina apartment is located only a few yards from the beach. It has a spacious interior and quality fixtures and fittings.
The 2nd floor apartment has an imposing entrance hall leading to the spacious tastefully decorated lounge/living area which is furnished with a comfortable leather suite, and dining table, and also features a large wall mounted flat screen TV, a DVD player with a selection of movies and a satellite TV source which provides a few English channels from the BBC and Sky along with many more international channels.
The fully fitted gallery style kitchen features all the modern appliances including large fridge-freezer, automatic washing machine, over and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery, cutlery and utensils. We also provide an iron, ironing board and clothes airer. The spacious double bedroom has wall to wall fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space. The family size bathroom comprises bath, shower, bidet, wash basin and w.c.
The option of heating/air conditioning throughout the apartment will be available for a nominal fee, should it be required (please see booking form for details). This is a generous sized balcony leading from the lounge area which is equipped with a patio table and chairs for outside dining. This really is an excellent spot for an evening glass of wine whilst taking in the stunning views of the marina and the coastline, and watching the world go by from your private vantage point.
