The property is detached and is accessed by a long driveway with parking for 3 cars.
The south facing pool and terrace is surrounded by a wall to give privacy and the pool can be heated at an additional cost. From the roof terrace there are sea views. There is a covered BBQ and seating area on the terrace where you can grill the local catch. For your security there is an alarm for the villa and a safe.
The lively resort of Carvoeiro is 5 minutes drive and is very popular with families. There is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops in Carvoeiro and a lovely sandy beach. There are many other beaches in the area all within a few minutes drive of the villa.
For the younger members of the family there is the Slide and Splash Water Park at Lagoa which is a great day out for all the family. For golf players there are several courses within 10 - 15 minutes drive of the villa. The Algarve Shopping Centre is 20 minutes by car and likewise the Theme Park Zoo marine. Faro airport is 45 minutes by car.
