A fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in the Las Marinas area of Denia. Tucked away yet only a 5/10 minute walk to the lovely beach with its shops, bars and restaurants.
The historic town of Denia is only a 5 minute drive in the car and here you will find fabulous shopping, cafes and eateries. There is a wonderful marina with upmarket bars and restaurants with fabulous views over Denia, the mountains and the sea. The town is very historic and has a thriving fishing industry, you can still see the old fishermen's cottages huddled at the quay.
During the summer months there is outside dining all along the seafront with craft stalls and lovely walks. Just 40 minutes down the motorway is Benidorm with its famous amenities, Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia waterpark. Only an hour north is the historic city of Valencia where you can visit the largest aquarium in Europe and browse the fantastic museums.
Casa Magia itself provides comfortable and homely accommodation for up to 6 guests. There is a double bedroom with kingsize bed, and a single bedroom with two beds. Downstairs there is a double bed settee. There are two shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen with utility area and a lounge/diner. We have a private rear garden with large covered patio with gated access, and a large upstairs terrace, perfect for looking over the mountains with a glass of wine!
The front gardens are secure and are home to the pool and separate children's pool, both just yards from the front door!
