Accommodation consists of entrance hall leading to a huge, beautifully furnished sitting/dining room, which includes air conditioning, wood burning stove, digital satellite TV with BBC, some Sky programmes and BBC radio, music centre with CD player, beautiful marble and glass dining table, and two French doors leading to the garden and pool area. The large kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. and French doors lead to the dining terrace with retractable awning, which overlooks the garden and pool. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. All bedrooms have their own colour scheme with co-ordinating towels and bathrobes provided. The Green Bedroom is the larger of the three and has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and shower. French doors lead to a covered terrace with steps down to the garden. The Yellow Bedroom has twin beds and French doors to a terrace and garden, and has its own bathroom across the corridor. The Pink Bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. French doors lead to a terrace and the garden. Each bedroom has air conditioning/heating, colour television, hairdryer and electric fan.

Delightful lawned gardens with palms and colourful shrubs surround the house and the large private swimming pool can be heated (at extra cost) during the winter, early and late season, ensuring that you can enjoy your holiday to the full. Both the pool and built-in barbecue are overlooked from the covered terrace which surrounds the villa on two sides. Sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and Table Tennis Table are provided. The swimming pool has the benefit of a salt water filtration system. Swimming pool towels are also provided.
