This delightful traditionally designed villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Moraira enjoying fabulous sea and mountain views. Set in private walled gardens of over 800 sqm with palms and many flowering shrubs.

The villa was totally redecorated in 2007 and was equipped with new soft furnishings and new beds. There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 with a kingsize bed, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is a large living/dining room with TV, DVD and CD player there is also a large naya for outside dining. There is air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, there is also central heating for those chilly winter evenings. All the bed linen is included and it is all 100% cotton. All towels, including pool towels are also provided. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and toaster. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen, housing the dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board and further fridge for drinks.

The villa is approx. 1.5 km from the town of Moraira which is often described as the jewel of the Costa Blanca. Over the last 25 years or so it has been developed sympathetically from a small fishing village to a lovely small town. There is a large marina, a wide range of shops and a huge variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, perfect for family nightlife. There are several blue flag beaches for safe bathing, one adjacent to the town and one at El Portet, just 1km along the coast.

The coastline itself is outstanding both to the north and south with a back drop of the majestic Sierra Bernia just inland. There are many interesting towns within easy reach, notably Javea and Denia to the North or Calpe and Altea to the south. Benidorm is just 25 mins away by car with Terra Mitica, Aqualand and Mundomar theme parks. Moraira is 80km north of Alicante airport, approx 1 hours drive away, by motorway, or Valencia 1hour 20 mins.
