In a very tranquil location, it is just 2 minutes from the small but well stocked corner shop –and a 15 minutes walk from Kalkan town and harbour, with its pretty pebble beach and gorgeous restaurants.
The sea views to both sides are absolutely breathtaking and the apartment is also framed by the mountains behind. It is on the first floor of a small and select, privately owned complex of 15 apartments. The site has friendly staff on hand to assist you with your needs at any time, plus 24 hour security.
The apartment has been furnished to the highest standards with marble flooring, air conditioning and mosquito screens fitted throughout. Glorious sea views of both Kalamar and Kalkan Bays can be enjoyed from both your own private large terrace and the swimming pool area. Leb I Derya is non-smoking in all areas. There is private parking directly in front of the complex. Sole use of sun loungers and umbrella for 'Leb I Derya' guests. Guests may also use the facilities of the nearby Asfiya Hotel for dining, swimming, Turkish Baths etc.

Twin bedroom has wardrobe, bedside table and vanity unit, air conditioning and mosquito screens. En suite tiled bathroom to master bedroom with shower and WC. Main bathroom is fully tiled with large shower cubicle and WC. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, extensive range of utensils, wrought iron and marble topped breakfast table and 4 matching chairs. Large rear patio for storage and beach gear. Washing machine. Spacious, bright and airy open plan lounge with sea views, large wrought iron sofa and matching armchair, air conditioning and mosquito screens.
Patio doors leading to private terrace with fabulous sea views of Kalamar & Kalkan Bays plus surrounding hills. Wrought iron marble topped table and 6 matching chairs, wonderful for outdoor eating or drinking the local wine! Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: All towels and bed linen included (except beach towels). Twice weekly maid service with all bins emptied daily. Friendly full time staff on hand. 24 hour security.
A welcome pack is provided for guests Given its elevated position and steps it is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Great restaurants, perfect weather, clean, clear waters and a variety of things to see and do, make Kalkan the perfect place for couples or families.

The only problem with Kalkan is choosing a restaurant. We found old favorites like Aubergine, Coast, The old trading house, and Ali Baba's all excellent..don't miss a trip to Saklikent Gorge and finish off with the river tubing...great fun. 'Just a quick line to say thanks for the use of your apt. for the last 2 weeks. We had a great time, the weather was even hotter than expected, the people so friendly, and the area was beautiful. We ran out of time to visit all the restaurants we wanted to eat at, especially enjoyed the Ivy, and Sofra, and Atlantis, and, oh all of them!! Had a lovely trip on the Yildis 1, just the two of us, although I didn't manage to eat the super lunch Adem, the Capt, cooked for us as I was a bit queasy with the "mal de mer".(I'm a hopeless sailor at the best of times.) Omer was a savior telling us all the places to go and generally treating us like royalty. We went to Kas, Patara beach, Olu Deniz and Saklikent Gorge and a few other places I couldn't pronounce.
