The villa is detached and in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area of Carvoeiro. The property has just recently been re-furbished.
Outside the pool 10x5m is surrounded by a wall for privacy and there is a large patio area for you to relax on with adequate sunbeds and tables and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a covered seated bbq area.
There are several restaurants within walking distance one being only a five minute stroll from the villa. Within 10 minutes drive of the villa there are several golf courses.
For the teenagers and younger members of the family Slide and Splash and Zoo marine are a short drive from the villa and is a great day out for all the family.
Carvoeiro is approx a 15/20 minute walk from the villa and is 45 minutes drive from Faro airport.
