The villa is set in a quiet residential area on the Torre Gran, about 3 km outside Estartit. It has a mature spacious garden containing rockeries and trees, a terrace running round 3 sides of the house, and is surrounded by hedges. There is plenty of room for parking.
Tables, chairs are on the terrace and under the shade of trees, and sun umbrellas are provided. There is also a built-in barbecue area. A swimming Pool and leisure area is included when you rent the villa. There is a small gym also available. This is less than 5 minutes walk from the house, is never overcrowded, and has extensive areas for children to run about and play with balls etc.
