The villa is very well decorated with teak wooden furniture
and parquet flooring all over the house, it has independent
air conditioning units in all the rooms. The villa has
5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a big and comfortable
living room, a dining room and a very well equipped kitchen.
The property spread over three floors and is not overlooked.
Outside in the garden, there are some corners where under
a gazebo, there are table and armchairs to dine in the
shade and enjoy the panorama of Spain's Alicante coastline.
Around the swimming pool sunbeds and armchairs give a
relaxing atmosphere.
This is the holiday home of a famous Spanish composer
and there is something of his personality in the decoration
of the Villa. There is a car park for 4 cars inside the
property.

towels. we change bed linen and towels once a week and offer
a cleaning lady service upon request at €12 p/h. water
and electricity are included till 200KW/week, more electricity
will be paid at 0,45€/KW
