Villa Karras (Samos Island, Greece) has been designed and build with all latest features and technology and provides accommodation for 6 people plus 1 baby additionally one further person can be accommodated in the living room area. It is situated on 1 acre of privately owned land in a peaceful country side setting amongst olive and orange trees, and only 8 minute walk from the beautiful Mykali beach.
The villa overlooks farmland and the beach, and the views are priceless. There is a large swimming pool measuring 10.5m x 5.5m, deep-end is 2.0m, a water spa area, and a baby pool, an outside shower and a fully fitted bathroom/changing area, with lawned gardens. The whole property is secured by metal fencing and automatic electric gates. Plenty of parking is also available for many cars.
The accommodation comprises: three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a double bed all have wardrobes and bedside cabinets, all have balconies and patio doors, all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The first bathroom has a large shower, WC, wash hand basin and mirror. The second bathroom has a WC and a wash hand basin and mirror, both have all bathroom fittings. Fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven, hob, extractor, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and automatic washing machine, and dishwasher. The sitting room has comfortable sofas, soft lighting, television, a CD/cassette player, display cabinets and pictures on the walls. The dining room is equipped with a large table and at least six chairs.
The villa has very large balconies all leading from the sitting room with table and chairs. Also there is a full size barbecue with outside furniture. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and additionally free standing up fans also available. All patio doors and all windows are fitted with insect nets.
The beach (Mykali) is about eight minutes walk away it is a very clean pebbly beach but with lovely sand in the water. The famous sandy beach of "Psili Ammos" is only around the corner.
