Villa D’Louca
was built by Cetin Beyazoglu of the Dalyan Estate Company
Star Emlak and completed in September 2004. The site was
originally part of a cotton farm and the front garden (some
1800sq meters) is now planted with Pomegranate Trees The
villa is situated along the Iztuzu Beach Road approximately
1.3miles(2KM) from the centre of town
In the opposite direction some 6 miles(10KM) is the beautiful
Iztuzu Beach. There are several restaurants within a few
hundred metres either way. If however you prefer a greater
selection of restaurants and bars a walk to the centre
of town is flat and level and will take about 20 minutes,
a cab will pick you up at the end of the drive and be
in the centre in a couple of minutes, cost for four approximately
10 YTL with tip about £4.00.
The Pool and Terrace area at garden level take up a further
100sq metres (50sq metres pool, 50sq metres of terracing)
together with the pool house, this incorporates the pumps
and filter system for the pool.
The house and two terraces covers some 222 sq metres
and comprises of the following; Front Terrace leading
into the lounge, this in turn leads to the hallway via
double sliding doors and to the kitchen through a conventional
door. There is also a door to the rear of the lounge which
leads to the side terrace. The country kitchen diner is
fully fitted with gas hob and electric oven, fridge-freezer,
microwave and washing machine together with all the usual
home comforts i.e. kettle, toaster, etc .There is a solid
wood table and chairs which seats eight people comfortably.
Just off the kitchen is a W. C. with hand basin.
The central corridor leads to the family bathroom and
the three bedrooms, two double rooms with twin beds, wardrobes
and bedside cabinets and the master suite. The master
suite is self contained and comprises of a king bed, two
bedside cabinets, two wardrobes, sofa, portable TV together
with an en-suite bathroom and a door to the side terrace.
If you require the villa for more than six people, two
people will sleep on separate sofa beds in the lounge.
