Villa Ramon is a mansion-style three-story villa built in an elevated position with splendid views of Malaga, and the Andalucian mountains. This new property was finished and ready to rent from July 2003. The facilities comprise a well equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and hob, and a good range of cooking equipment and crockery. Air conditioned & central heating at all the bedrooms. A nice large private 11x5 swimming pool with roman steps.

On the first floor are a double bedroom,twin bedroom and bathroom with whirlpool bath. The lounge has 3 sofas, a large table and chairs and leads to a large furnished veranda which is great in the mornings and has stunning views of Malaga, sea, the valley and the mountains. On the first floor are one double room with a furnished terrace overlooking the pool area, two twin bedrooms and two triple bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms.

Outside is a large private pool and deck area with sun loungers and chairs. Also by the pool is a large furnished barbecue area with a sink and toilet facilities, a large pergola with two large tables and lot of chairs. A welcome pack of coffee, tea, bread, milk etc. will be waiting. A house book of maps, brochures and local events is provided.

Villa Ramon is located on the Costa del Sol 20 mins from Malaga airport, in a small village called La Alqueria, 5 min. walking distance from 2 good restaurants and a grocery shop, situated on the edge of Lauro Golf course, and there are horse riding, tennis, and pigeon shooting facilities nearby.

The independent apartment are available only to rent together for a large group with Villa Ramon, ideal to accommodate a family of max 20 people, the apartment its suitable for 4 people with a twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Have his own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and air conditioned in the bedroom and living room, very nice roof terrace with great views to all directions.
