It is situated near the pretty gardened tower in Torremuelle and is within 5 minutes walking distance of two very good beaches suitable for sunbathing and fishing. There is ample parking around the apartment. However, a car is not essential as bus stops and the local train station are within a few minutes walk, providing services to Malaga, Fuengirola and Benalmadena. Within close proximity to the apartment are numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The air-conditioned apartment has the benefit of a small communal pool but also has access to tennis courts and a larger swimming pool, which would be more suitable for serious swimmers, in a nearby complex. This second floor apartment is serviced by lifts and the entrance and walkways are light and airy. Inside, the apartment is well maintained and has the benefit of a good-sized balcony with table and chairs.

The living area is pleasantly furnished with a sofa bed (which has potential for further sleeping facilities) and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen area has modern appliances, which include, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The good-sized double bedroom has 2 single beds, a fitted wardrobe with a safe for valuables and a wall mounted TV. The large fully tiled bathroom has the advantage of a full sized bath and shower over.
