houses/ apartments and has a small private garden with
gate, which is perfect on your return from the beach.
There are large communal gardens with a freeform pool
and separate childrens splash pool. Situated within the
Las Marinas, Denia is a traditional town with many small
streets, picturesque fishing harbour and is overlooked
by the remains of an ancient castle.
The beach which is a ten minute walk from the propertystrechtes
for miles along the Las Marinas coastline. Beach bars,
restaurants and small shops are in abundance.
The town centre which is a five minute drive away can
also be reached by local bus offering a good selection
of bars, restaurants, tapas bars and shops along with
local markets, making it perfect for an evenings stroll.
There is a selection of supermarkets either within walking
distance, or just a few minutes away from the property.
Benidorm with it's Terramitica theme park, Aqualandia
Water park is just a thirty minute drive along the coast.
