Ideally located mid way between the resorts of Moraira and Javea, with its beaches, bars shops and restaurants. Giving guests the very best of two upmarket resorts within a 10 minute drive. A local beach at Cala Moraig is even closer still, just 5 minutes by car.

Accommodation over two levels comprises a comfortable open plan lounge dining area, a modern well equipped kitchen, an additional cloakroom and a covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, and watching the sunset over the mountains with a chilled glass of wine.

An internal staircase leads down, in typical Spanish style to the 3 bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with king sized beds and 1 with two singles. two bedrooms open directly on to the extensive pool terrace with its 8x4 metre pool ,with Roman steps and underwater lighting. There are patio tables, chairs sun loungers,parasols a poolside shower, and a portable Weber style BBQ. A secluded lower terrace provides the perfect sun trap in the cooler months and is a safe area for children to play.

Amenities include TV (free to view channels) DVD player with a selection of films. Washing machine, iron etc hairdryer. there is a monitored alarm system and a personal safe. The property is west facing, so has sun all day until sunset (between 9pm -10pm in the summer months) The property is popular with repeat guests who appreciate the high standard of presentation, personal service and realistic prices.

The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and is not surrounded by other rental properties. (May 2007). The property has under floor heating for the cooler months(no cold tiles to walk on) and the bedrooms have ceiling fans.The property has mains gas and constant hot water is provided by a combi boiler- (so no gas bottles). Occasional discounts may be available to fill in bookings.
