The Villa is situated in the La Chismosa area of Playa
Flamenca on a quiet gated residential complex. Built on
a Quad, the Villa has its own pool and garden.
The complex is long established and has mature trees
and beautifully maintained garden areas and walkways.
The outside areas are a particular feature. The ground
floor terrace is fully tiled with dining for 6, a BBQ
and sun loungers, all under the shade of a mature fig
tree and of course your own private pool.The L shaped
pool is 6 metres by 4.5 metres, it has a shallow end with
four steps into the pool and a deep end of 1.8 metres
in depth.The pool is maintained weekly.
The garden is surrounded with Cypress hedging which gives
a degree of seclucion.
Stairs lead up from the dining room to the second bedroom
( please note that the main bedroom and the additional
sofa bed in the lounge are on the ground floor of the
Villa ) and the roof solarium with further seating and
sunloungers to catch all of that Spanish sun!
A five minute walk reaches a large Pay as you go Pool
complex ( 5 Euros per day for adults, less for children
) This complex has a large adult pool, childrens pool,
bar/restaurant and crazy golf.
The nearest bars and restaurants are a 5/6 minute stroll
as are two supermarkets.(Corner Shop Type and size)A wide
range of larger well known supermarkets are less than
5 minutes in the car. A longer walk of some 20 minutes
will reach the more lively Playa Flamenca commercial centre
with every bar and restaurant combination you can imagine.
Three Blue Flag sandy beaches are within a 5 minute drive
- Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca (the nearest)and La Zenia.All
have a bar on the beach, you can hire sunbeds and there
is plenty of space for ball games. La Zenia is particularly
good for watersports and equipment hire.
