This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse with sea views is situated close to the communal pool which can be seen from the roof solarium. The house is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in a modern house. The house also has its own underground parking area.

Our house is ideally situated for both beach and golfing holidays, the nearest sandy beach being Punta Prima 15 mins walk away. There are several other blue flag beaches within 5 mins drive including Playa Flamenca, La Zenia and Campoamor. Villa Martin the nearest golf course is 5 mins drive away and there are several others course within 15 mins drive.

A good variety of bars,restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy walking distance and good street markets and nightlife can be found in Playa Flamenca and nearby Torrevieja. The comprehensive entertainment and gastronomic excellence of Torrevieja will make any holiday one to remember.

A 45 euro cleaning fee will need to be paid locally on arrival.
