Casa Mac is a BRAND NEW beautiful luxury villa set in
it's own grounds with pool, in a peaceful country location.
It is however only 30 minutes from Faro airport &
20 minutes to the golden sand beaches. There are also
six golf courses within 20 minutes, two of which are world
famous - Quinta do Lago & Vale de Lobo. THE VILLA
IS AIR-CONDITIONED THROUGHOUT.
The new gardens (100x80 feet) are beautifully landscaped
with a lawn, fruit trees, flowering trees and shrubs.
They border unspoilt countryside and so there are some
very nice views from the property.
The new pool (24 x 12 feet) has a very nice feature in
a raised toddler/splash pool (6 x 6 feet) at one end.
Poolside shower. There are plenty of sun loungers around
the pool which is fenced and gated for the safety of small
children. Another very nice feature is a good sized barbeque
area (overlooking pool) with delph, counter top, sink
and dining furniture for some relaxed 'Alfresco' entertaining!
Large patios surround the villa so that you can find sun
or shade at any time of the day.
Casa Mac has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people plus cot.
The attractive & large fully fitted kitchen/dining
room is also fully equiped - fridge/freezer, microwave,
washing machine, dishwasher, stereo, etc. The spacious
& very comfortable lounge has a wood burner, satellite
TV, DVD and two sets of French doors leading to patios
on either side of the room. The master bedroom with en-suite,
is on the first floor and has French doors opening onto
it's own private roof terrace which affords wonderful
views of the surrounding area and nearby mountains and
hills. A very sunny, pleasant room. There is also a second,
larger, roof terrace on the first floor. There are 2 twin
bedded rooms, one with en-suite. Also a family sized bathroom.
The property is gated and has plenty of parking space.
Maid service twice weekly. A welcome pack of groceries
awaits your arrival. Books and magazines (in English)
are available to use.
Benafim, the nearest village, is just 5 minutes drive
and has a mini-market, several village stores, pharmacy,
post Office, petrol station and several very good restaurants.
Alte, a traditional & very attractive hillside village
is a 10 minute drive. Boasting artisan shops, old churches
and restaurants. There are stunning views across the hills
to the sea beyond from the restaurant at the Alte Hotel.
Loule is a 15 minute drive, a busy bustling town. It
was once an Arabian town and has the ruins of a medieval
castle and has long traditions of craftsmanship. It has
a hypermarket, outdoor markets, lots of shops and restaurants.
Also a sports centre, with tennis courts, 50m swimming
pool etc.
Well worth a visit - Vilamoura with it's attractive marina,
'Zoo Marine' with it's dolphins & 'Algarve Shopping'
for an out of town shopping trip Algarve style!
