Villa includes master double bedroom with en suite bathroom on upper floor, one or two twin bedrooms with separate shower room with toilet and large balcony. Lower floor consists of an open plan kitchen with access to outside terrace with pool. A separate dining area and sunken lounge with traditional fireplace, opening onto terrace and pool, a guest toilet and shower. TV and CD player are also included. Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker, oven, freezer. Iron and ironing board are also provided. Private car parking, and safe box provided.

There is a garden with terrace at each villa surrounded by grass. A private swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and garden furniture are also provided. Each villa features BBQ facilities.

The villas are actually on to the sandy beach. The public beach opposite our villas has recently been given the environmental award "The Blue Flag" by the FEEE (Foundation for Environmental Education in Europe) which stands for water quality, coastal quality, safety, services and facilities and environmental education.

Residents have free access to all nearby Elia Latchi Holiday Village facilities which include restaurants, pool bars, children's facilities, health club, sports & leisure, amusements as well as animation and entertainment programmes. All these are provided by the nearby establishment, ensuring 100% privacy to the residents of our villas.
