Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the highly
regarded BENIMAR district, located between the typically
Spanish towns of BENIJOFAR and ROJALES. All the facilities
required to make yours a comfortable stay are available
nearby. There is a choice of bars and restaurants (both
English and Spanish), several supermarkets, bodegas, banks
and so on, all within walking distance of the villa.
When you visit this part of the world, it is generally
with a view to spending some time at the seaside. You'll
be delighted to learn that there are 3 fantastic, child
friendly, sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive of the
villa. All have beach bars and/or restaurants and, in
the busier summer months, all have patrolling lifeguards.
There is a parasol and beach chairs for your use at the
villa.
If you like to swim but don't fancy the beach, the large,
private communal pool is within seconds of your front
door. For those of a more active disposition, there are
plenty of outdoor pursuits to keep you out of mischief.
The most popular is golf - within 15 minutes of the villa
there are no less than 5 courses to test players of all
abilities. Green fees range from roughly £25 to
£50 depending on the time of year.
The villa is only 20 minutes from the airport at Alicante
and 30 minutes from Murcia (San Javier).
