Apartment has direct access to brand new Pool, Terraces etc, which have wonderful views over the length of the Jalon valley. There is also off road secure parking for your vehicle.If your ideal holiday is to relax in quiet peaceful surroundings with the most dramatic Sunsets, then look no further.

There are numerous excellent Restaurants in the valley, it is a pleasant walk through the vineyards to the nearest village of Lliber, There are two small supermarkets, bread shop, butchers, Three restaurants/bars, where you can buy excellent Tapas etc. We are a short drive from several of the best beaches in the area, Moraira, Calpe, Denia, Javea, Altea, etc.

Casa De Los Ocasos is a lovely Tranquil Apartment on a very exclusive quiet south facing mountain at the head of the Jalon Valley, over looking the vineyards which are the main source of income, with the surrounding Mountains forming a dramatic back drop to complete the picture. It has all day sunshine, & in the evening the most dramatic Sunsets imaginable. The apartment has two very large double bedrooms each well furnished ,with King sizebeds, electric ceiling fans, mosquito nets at all windows. There is a comfortable lounge with ceiling fan & Sky TV for those who need it. The kitchen has a fridge, cooker microwave, toaster etc & has all utensils required. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, toilet & hand washbasin. all towels with be supplied, except for pools towels. House Linen is also supplied.

Exit the apartment onto a large terrace with seating area, with pergola for those who require a little shade from the sun. there is a table & chairs, with sun shade so that you can with a glass of wine perhaps enjoy your food prepared on the BBQ supplied. From this terrace you can access the pool terrace which has sunbeds & overlooks a brand new kidney shaped swimming pool, with a poolside shower. The whole area is completely private, prefect to unwind & relax. There are numerous places in the large Spanish garden with rustic chairs & tables which offer views to die for, if you would like to paint, read in peace this is just about perfect.

Moraira is a 15/20 mins drive away & is possibly the prettiest of the local beach resorts & a visit on an evening is a must, the port area with the lights twinkling at all the restaurants, with local artists in the square, & beautiful Pan Pipes all make for an evening to remember.

For those who wish for a more energetic holiday in close proximity there are Tennis & Golf Clubs. Cycling Climbing & walking are very popular in the area.
