Villa Sol’s location within Moraira is superb, your car is un-necessary! 150 metres to the sea, easy walking distance to Moraira’s 3 EC Blue Flag beaches (the nearest is about 3 minutes walk), 12 minutes walk to the town and marina. The villa is in a quiet wooded residential area yet is only 200 metres from bars, shops, a gym, and 8 restaurants – none of which impinge upon the quiet privacy od Villa Sol.

Much of the accommodation is on one level, making it ideal for the elderly or infirm – there are no steps up or down between shaded car port, main pool terrace and barbecue, lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and two of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on an upper floor, one is on a lower floor, and there are two roof terraces.

Villa sol is set within its’ own secure walled gardens with many exotic plants. A phone entry system, burglar alarm, and automatic driveway doors help ensure privacy and security. There is a garage, driveway, and covered car port for parking several cars. The unusual shaped pool features easy entry steps and a “gin and tonic” submerged seat. There is an external kitchen with barbecue, shower, and large shaded rear pergola with fridge, as well as a large naya (outdoor room) divided into dining and lounging areas. The exterior lighting is designed to give wonderful effects at night.

The villa has full aircon and central heating. All 5 bedrooms (4 of which are en-suite) are doubles or twins, have ample room with very large wardrobes and electric blinds. The master has flat screen TV with DVD and 2 terraces. The bathrooms have “state of the art” fittings including bidets, and for the ladies have very large mirrors, great lighting, and large surfaces around the handbasins around which to store all those toiletries! The kitchen is full of Bosch appliances, two sinks, and all necessary extras.

Finally, for those who don’t know Moraira, it is known as the “St Tropez” of Spain. An area of outstanding natural beauty, it has no high rise hotels and therefore no mass tourism – it has many sea front café bars and designer shops. It has 3 EC Blue Flag beaches, of which El Portet beach is a little gem. It is also closer to larger busier towns like Calpe, Javea and Denia. Benidorm 30 minutes away offers nightlife, water parks and theme parks. Valencia is 75 minutes drive and very worthwhile as a great cultural city.
