The villa is for families and friends looking for a villa set in a peaceful location although not to far from local amenities.The position of the villa makes both Moraira and Calpe easily accessible. These resorts are very different offering a great variety to the holiday maker. The nearest beach La Fustera is 5 minutes by car and there are supermarkets 1km in either direction.

On the upper level of the villa there is a lounge/dining area, which has a comfortable leather sofa, satellite TV, dining table and chairs. The newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom one and two have double beds, bedroom three has twins beds all with furniture. The lower level has a bathroom and kitchenette. The lounge/bedroom four has a seating area with a sofa , two single beds and furniture. Bedroom five has a double bed and furniture All linen is provided. All rooms have ceiling fans. Air con is situated in both lounges and the master bedroom.

The pool is kidney shaped and has a slide for the children which is 8 x 4mtrs. The garden is very pretty, well maintained, has brick built kitchenette and all garden furniture. There are two terraces one of which has a brick built BBQ, table and chairs. The second is a covered terrace, which overlooks the pool and garden, it has a large dining table and a set of comfortable table and chairs where you can sit and ejoy your meal having the pleasure of a beautiful view.The position of the villa makes both Moraira , Javea and Calpe easily accessible. These resorts are very different offering a great variety to the holiday maker. The nearest beach La Fustera is 5 minutes by car and there are supermarkets 1km in either direction. Calpe ( 10 minutes by car) is a well established resort with a large sandy beach and an abundance of shops, bars and excellent fish restaurants. Moraira (12 minutes by car)is a small and growing resort, which has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering shops and entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes with a port and marina. The beach is wide, sandy & well maintained, the water is calm and shallow. Sun loungers and parasols are available for sun worshippers. The athletes can waterski, jet bike, or windsurf. Diving facilities are in Moraira (10 mins drive). All resorts have a weekly market.Javea is a 20 minute drive.) hold outstanding beaches with children's climbing frames, beach bars/shops and promenades.

The 4 major theme parks Terramittica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terranatura are 20 minutes away.

Excellent golf courses in surrounding area. Javea hosts 2 golf courses (approx 20 mins drive), Jalon Valley (30 mins).
