Your first sight on arrival at the house is the fabulous Pool and stunning uninterrupted views across the countryside. The 8 x 4m solar heated, filtered private Pool and Terraces are south facing, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the sun and views all day in the seclusion of your Holiday home.

The house is set in its own grounds of 12 acres in a rural setting with a private drive and electric gates. Locally, you can take part in Tandem Flying, Diving (local school) organized Walks and great Birdwatching. There is a Tennis club and Horse Riding just 30 mins away and if you are feeling very lazy, there is alway your private Pool with spectacular views, waiting for you. There are two Restaurants on your doorstep: the "Sanctuary" in Saliente offers a chance for you to sample local food/wine and fabulous Baroque Architecture. The Local Restaurant, just up the road, run by Ged & Trish Dalton, has an excellent diverse Menu to suit all tastes and a friendly welcome. Both are 2km away and some energetic types walk to them. The busy town of Albox (20 mins by car) has a weekly Market and also Supermarkets, Tapas Bars and Restaurants. Velez Rubio and Velez Blanco, sleepy in comparison, have a Castle and National Park with absolutely amazing views, where time feels as if it has stood still. The nearest Beaches are at Puerto Rey (40 mins), Vera and Vera Water Park, Garrucha and Mojacar.

There are many and varied Beaches, from pretty little coves to grand sweeping Beaches all along the Coastline. The Beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness, enabling you to enjoy the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen: The house is cleaned once a week when the beds are changed and fresh towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for Sunbathing and the Beach.

We consider that the house and gardens are not suitable for toddlers or babies who are beginning to walk or crawl. Many disabled guests have stayed with us, but prior discussion is necessary.

Arrival/Departure times: Please arrive from 4.00 pm and vacate the house by 10.00 am (local times), unless other arrangements have been made.

Changeover days: usually Sat or Sun, however, our aim is to be flexible. Booking notes: A non returnable Deposit of £150 per week secures your Booking.

The balance/inventory deposit of £150 which is repaid by internet payment on departure, are payable 8 weeks prior to your Holiday. Holidays booked at 8 weeks or less require a non-returnable deposit of 50% & the balance/inventory to be paid by agreement - not less than 1 week before arrival. If you would like to pay for your Holiday in stage payments rather than deposit & balance, we will be happy to make suitable arrangements with you.

Prices: Guests in 2009 commented that our "prices are very good value for money". So, we have, decided to hold the same rates for 2010 to keep up the same level of interest. Unless, we have a “Special Offer” shown, we are unable to offer any further discounts. "SPECIAL OFFER" for MAY. 5% discount on 1 week & 10% on 2 weeks.
