This villa is ideal for larger groups of holiday makers wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining their own space in a villa that has been recently renovated, decorated and equipped to a high standard. Each room is fully air-conditioned .A trendy bar is situated in the garden with tables and chairs for those wishing to relax and enjoy their family and friends swimming in the private pool. The villa is for guests looking for a relaxing, fun family holiday in the wonderful area of Moraira which is a 5 minute drive away.

The main villa has a lovely lounge/dining area with comfortable sofas and Sat TV. The brand new fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops has most modern appliances. Each bathroom has new suites fitted with beautiful cream porcelain tiles. Bedroom one, two and three have double beds and fitted wardrobes.The villa has two separate apartments which is especially beneficial to those who want to holiday together but like their own space, one is situated on the lower level of the villa and the other is to the side which both have external entrance. Apartment one has a large lounge area with a double sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom and separate kitchen. Apartment two has a lounge area with double bed, shower room and kitchenette. Please note that the apartments are not let to separate groups. Uk Tv is provided .Linen and towels are provided. Mid week change of linen is provided for those staying two weeks .

A separate BBq area is provided along with a trendy bar with its own set of table and chairs. Sun lounges are provided. The villa is situated in private grounds in the beautiful town of Moraira.

Moraira is a small and growing resort offering shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars. All new and proposed building is subject to strict planning laws and is low rise. The town has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering shops and entertainments in the season, and newer pavement cafes with a port and marina. The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day. There is a weekly Friday market.

The beach is wide sandy and well maintained, the water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. Sun lounger’s and parasols are available for sun worshippers. The athletes can water ski, jet bike, or windsurf while those preferring a more relaxing time can watch whilst enjoying a drink at the local coast side cafe. The four major theme parks are 25 minutes away. The villa is a within a five minute drive to Moraira town.
