The villa is situated in the best location in Moraira, 3 minute walk to the beach, local bars, cafes & a safe 10 minute walk to Moraira town along the beautiful coast road.

Situated on the lower level offers privacy from main villa. The apartment offers studio accommodation with large double bed , sofa which turns into a double bed. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, with en-suite shower room & WC. The upper level has two double bedrooms, one twin room, one en-suite, one shower room. The lounge/diner has a comfortable leather sofa, table & chairs, TV, video and DVD. The fitted kitchen has fridge, freezer,dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob, and all cooking utensils. The villa has air conditioning & central heating. Linen, hand & bath towels are provided A cot and highchair is also provided and included in the price.

Further details outdoors: The BBQ house has its own bar, freezer, fridge, worktop's, fan, stereo, table & chairs to give an all round bistro/bar effect. The pool & terrace is well maintained & sun loungers are provided.

Moraira is a small and growing resort offering shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars.All new and proposed building is subject to strict planning laws and is low rise.The town has retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square offering shops and entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes with a port and marina.The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day.

There is a weekly Friday market. The beach is wide sandy and well maintained, the water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. Sun loungers and parasols are available for sun worshippers. This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as one of healthiest places in the world. With a temperate climate and an average of 320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year. The three major theme parks 'terramitica, aqualandia, and mundamar' are only 25 mins away.
