Villa Naranja is a brand new detached villa. It has been designed and equipped to form an ideal base for relaxing family holidays in the sun, away from the busiest tourist spots but within easy reach of all facilities and amenities that any holidaymaker might require. Villa Naranja is a luxury three bedroom detached villa, with full air conditioning throughout providing a beautifully finished and appointed light and airy accommodation for up to six people in three bedrooms - one double and two twins. A cot is also available. The villa is situated amongst other similar properties on a small residential development overlooking the beautiful Orba Valley. The town of Orba is easily accessible by car or on foot. The villa offers wonderful views of orange and lemon groves, olive trees and the nearby mountains, and you can enjoy superb sunsets over the valley. Ideal base for those wishing to enjoy the 32nd America's Cup in Valencia 2007, reached by car or train.

The property enjoys well planted dry stone terraced gardens. Outside, the villa has a covered terrace ("naya") at ground floor level, with direct access from both the kitchen and the living room / dining area. This area is perfect for dining outdoors, and lounging in the shade with a cool beer. A table and chairs is provided here. Down a few wide steps (tiled with beautiful non-slip Spanish terracotta) you will find our private 8 metre by 4 metre kidney-shaped swimming pool - with internal tiled steps - and a further tiled terrace / patio area equipped with sun-loungers. The pool has a shallow end of about 0.9 metres, and a deep end of about 1.8 metres. All exterior edging and tiling is non-slip.

Orba is a really pretty Spanish village offering a great range of local facilities, and is an ideal base from which to explore the area. The village facilities include various shops - butchers, bakers, greengrocer, off-licence, newsagent, a pharmacy, plus medical and dental surgeries. Orba also has a weekly market on Wednesdays. Orba has three banks, and three supermarkets of varying sizes. It also has an English supermarket that sells just about anything a British visitor might require.
