Two bathrooms. Fully equipped American style kitchen. Sky TV, DVD and HI FI. Washing machine provided. Out side is a good sized garden and off road parking. Patio table, chairs and sun loungers provided. Free standing fans in all rooms. Parking off road. Extra parking adjacent to the house.

Just five minutes walk for the supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. One of the restaurants has a swimming pool which can be used by anyone. Ideal for the children to make friends with others. Cumbre beach is approximately three minutes drive away. The town centre of Moraira and main beach are approximately ten minutes drive away. El Portet beach is 15 minutes drive.

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas.

Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Alicante airport is approximately one hour away and Valencia one and a half hours. Mainly motorway driving. A car is essential as there is no public transport near the villa. It is possible to hire a taxi from the town centre. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 45 minutes from the property.
