El Portet beach is less than five minutes walk away, as well as a small supermarket, pharmacy, two beach bars and superb restaurants. In addition to the pretty El Portet beach, the centre of Moraira with its Marina, Boutiques, Bars, many excellent restaurants, Banks, Supermarkets and Beaches are just a five minutes drive away or twenty minutes walk around the coastal path. Tennis Courts, Squash, and Horse Riding are available in Moraira and both 9 and 18 hole Golf courses can be found in Javea, just a 20 minute drive away. PADI 5* IDC Scuba Diving, Boat Charter, Kayaking and other Water Sports are all available in Moraira too.

We have been to Moraira on a few previous occasions and have stayed in numerous villas in Europe and Florida and can honestly say that yours is the only property that I would revisit without a second thought. I would happily recommend your villa to anyone for its situation (cracking view and walkable to both the beach and marina) and its heated pool which is a rarity in Spain but made all the difference for my better half. The villa was very well kept and had all of the amenities you could ask for to make our stay a total pleasure. The local area is probably the best in Spain with nice beaches and a great selection of restaurants and lots of other resorts all within a short drive. We had a fantastic time in El Portet, we've recommended the villa to several people and we would love to go back soon. Most days we stayed by the pool and just enjoyed the fantastic weather and the beautiful surroundings.

We had a great time at your cracking villa Great pool, everything wonderful. The views were tremendous, and the TV had all the channels, which we have never had at any other villa we have rented!! We have been going to Moraira for about 5 years now, visiting twice a year, and your villa was certainly the best we have been to. We will be back, probably with family, and will then rent Villa Gemela.

We had a fantastic time and loved the villa. It was in a great position and the decoration was lovely, bright and modern, it had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back and in September, our daughter will be coming with us and I know she will love it. The firework display on the beach on New Years Eve was incredible. Los Reyes Magos, Three Kings Day: the Epiphany celebrations were wonderful, a true reflection of the spirit of “Christmas”. I will always celebrate “Christmas” in ElPortet-Moraira from now on.

It's such a pleasure to get good service and for the web site to be a true reflection of the accommodation. Your Villa is fantastic and we are having a wonderful honeymoon. We've been going to Moraira for over twenty years, and we have never returned to the same accommodation until this year; now we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The design of the villa meant that all four couples were able to have their own privacy whilst also enjoying each others company at mealtimes and around the pool. The upstairs veranda is quite magnificent and we used it to read and relax quietly whilst enjoying the splendid view. We would certainly recommend your villa for anyone wanting to enjoy a select part of Spain. I would just like to say we had a FANTASTIC time.

The villa was out of this world, everything we could have asked for. The pool was amazing and so warm!!! Thanks again for all of your help. We had a lovely holiday at Casita Claire – Villa Gemela. The weather, location and beautiful views from the villa made for a relaxing holiday. We had a really good time. The villa is first class. Easy to get to and from the airport. Views over the bay really good and the fact that there are a lot of bathrooms meant that we weren't bumping into each other at peak times. Everything is done to a high standard. Pool really good. Cant praise it enough.

The villa was beautiful and really comfortable – and what views from the pool area. The distance from the little bay and beach is ideal for a stroll during the day or evening and the little 9 hole golf course in Ifach was great. All in all a real gem in a beautiful area.

Fantastic Villa. Location lovely very impressed, having a great time. Everything is just perfect. We are enjoying the pool, sunshine and magnificent views. We had a great time and think that the villa is just perfect. It is so nicely kept and in a very quiet area but still within walking distance to El Portet and Moraira.
