This traditional, detached villa is conveniently located
on the outskirts of Caleta de Fuste, within walking distance
of the beach and all amenities of this popular resort.
The accommodation comprises, of one double bedroom, one
twin bedroom, a family bathroom, spacious lounge dining
room with American style fitted kitchen. Stairs lead down
to a second bathroom with Jacuzzi and a games room with
billiard table, bar and two sofa beds. The villa is well
equipped and furnished to a high standard throughout.
Patio doors from the lounge lead to a large covered terrace.
Extensive sun terraces surround a 7m x 4m swimming pool
with roman steps. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a
BBQ are provided. The villa has mature gardens with lawns
and distant sea views. (Due to the location, some aircraft
noise is to be expected).
