The design combines traditional Canaries design with modern building methods. The accommodation, which is approached via a lockable gate, is all on one level and consists of two sections communicated via the covered patio. From the front, double doors lead to a spacious living / dining room having quality solid wooden furniture, table and chairs for six, plus very comfortable settees. Entertainment is provided by a 26” Satellite TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi system. The American style open plan kitchen off is fully fitted to a high standard with solid oak units, stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. Various small appliances, such as a coffee grinder and toaster are also supplied.

From the kitchen there is access to a covered laundry area having a washing machine, utility sink and fire extinguisher. From the patio there is a spacious glass paneled hallway leading to the master bedroom with a large double bed and patio doors to the pool area. There is a en-suite bathroom with double vanity basins, a separate shower, toilet, storage area and a full size Jacuzzi spar bath. There are two twin bedrooms, one of which has patio doors to the pools area. All bedrooms benefit from solid wooden fitted wardrobes and good quality furniture. In addition there is a full family bathroom within this section of the villa.

The villa is of recent construction and offers good privacy and a high standard of accommodation for our discerning clientele. Portable air conditioning units are available to hire along with many other items to make your stay a relaxing one. Please see below for details or go to quote and book.

outside on the covered patio there is a BBQ and a wooded patio furniture set, ideal for ‘Alfresco’ dining. the 7m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps is surrounded by an open sun terrace, lawns and ornament gardens. sun beds and parasols are provided. there is a reception area, tennis courts and gymnasium for client’s use

good family nightlife, close to beach, standard maid service provided will include pre-rental clean and preparation of the villa and an end clean. if you are staying for 2 weeks you will have linen and towel change approximately half way through your holiday. additional cleaning/maid service can usually be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us for details. beach towels and cleaning equipment such as washing up liquid and dish cloths are not supplied in any of our properties. if your property has a barbeque, please ensure you leave it in a clean condition as no maid service is included in the up keep of this facility
