The style of this property combines traditional Canaries
design with modern building methods. The accommodation,
which is approached via a lockable gate, is all on one
level and consists of two sections communicated via the
covered patio.
From the front, double doors lead to a spacious living
/ dining room having quality solid wooden furniture, table
and chairs for six, plus very comfortable settees. Entertainment
is provided by a 26” Satellite TV, DVD player and
a Hi-Fi system. The American style open plan kitchen off
is fully fitted to a high standard with solid oak units,
stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher
and microwave. Various small appliances, such as a coffee
grinder and toaster are also supplied. From the kitchen
there is access to a covered laundry area having a washing
machine, utility sink and fire extinguisher. From the
patio there is a spacious glass panelled hallway leading
to the master bedroom with a large double bed and patio
doors to the pool area. There is a en-suite bathroom with
double vanity basins, a separate shower, toilet, storage
area and a full size Jacuzzi spar bath. The second bedroom
has two single beds and patio doors to the pools area.
Both bedrooms benefit from solid wooden fitted wardrobes
and good quality furniture. In addition there is a full
family bathroom within this section of the villa.
The villa is of recent construction and offers good privacy
and a high standard of accommodation for our discerning
clientele. Portable air conditioning units are available
to hire along with many other items to make your stay
a relaxing one.
