There is also a comfortable living room, with Sat TV, a separate fitted kitchen and a covered terrace on this level. Exterior stairs lead down to the lower level, which comprises of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a spacious living room with Sat TV and American style kitchen diner. Double doors give access to the lower level covered terrace, which has a brick built barbeque; ideal for ‘Alfresco’ dining.

outside there are extensive mature gardens with lawns to the front of the villa and to the side, a private 7m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps and a poolside shower. The villa also has a roof terrace with good sea views. patio furniture, parasols and sun beds are provided for use on the terraces and around the pools area. there is off road parking for several cars

good family nightlife, close to beach, standard maid service provided will include pre-rental clean and preparation of the villa and an end clean. If you are staying for 2 weeks you will have linen and towel change approximately half way through your holiday. additional cleaning/maid service can usually be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us for details. beach towels and cleaning equipment such as washing up liquid and dish cloths are not supplied in any of our properties. if your property has a barbeque, please ensure you leave it in a clean condition as no maid service is included in the up keep of this facility
