style and all on one level, comprises of one double bedroom,
three twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate
shower room. There is a spacious lounge / dining room,
with exposed beams, a feature fireplace and TV. The separate
fitted breakfast-kitchen has a laundry room off, housing
the washing machine. Patio doors from the lounge lead
to a spacious covered terrace, equipped with patio furniture
and having sea views.
The villa is comfortable, being furnished and equipped
throughout to a good standard.

with patio furniture making it an idea area for ‘alfresco’
dining. from here there is access to the open sun terraces
that surround the 10m x 7m swimming pool, which benefits
from roman steps and a poolside shower. sun beds and a parasol
are provided and there is a brick built Barbeque. the villa
has extensive mature gardens to the front and rear with
sea views towards Binibeca beach. it is constructed on a
large plot with high hedges for privacy and a driveway to
give off road parking.
