Stone steps lead up to a large covered terrace, with access to the house through a traditional solid wooden door. The accommodation comprises briefly of a large lounge with split-level dining room and a separate fully fitted kitchen. From the lounge there is a hallway leading to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a triple bedroom. The newly fitted shower room and separate family bathroom are adjacent to the main bedrooms. All the rooms are extremely spacious and very tastefully furnished throughout in traditional Mallorcian style.

The villa benefits from central heating and has a large screen TV and DVD Player in the lounge

outside, the covered, shaded terrace is equipped with a quality wooden table and chairs, giving the opportunity for guests to take in the wonderful views across Puerto Pollensa, the open countryside and mountains in the region. from the covered terrace, there is access to the feature 6m x 6m swimming pool planned around a palm tree with surrounding sunbathing area. the property is totally private and has very well kept gardens, surrounding hedges, many shrubs and original olive trees. to the side of the house there is a specially constructed terrace with a feature brick build Barbeque, again offering superb views from the alfresco dining area. a selection of sun beds, patio furniture and parasols are provided. the location is idea; very quiet and peaceful with wonderful views yet only a few minutes drive from beaches, water sports, bars and restaurants

lively nightlife for all ages, standard maid service provided with all villas will include pre-rental clean and preparation of the villa and an end clean. if you are staying for 2 weeks you will have linen and towel change approximately half way through your holiday. additional cleaning/maid service can usually be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us for details. beach towels and cleaning equipment such as washing up liquid and dish cloths are not supplied in any of our properties.
