and has an en-suite shower room.

with patio furniture and a portable barbecue making an ideal
‘alfresco’ dining area. from this point a large
sun terrace equipped with sun beds and parasols extends
to the 10m x 5m swimming pool, which has roman steps making
it more convenient for children and the elderly. the villa
is constructed on a very large enclosed plot having extensive
mature gardens and well kept lawns surrounding the pool.
At the front of the house there is a long driveway with
gates to allow secure parking for a number of cars
