The large separate kitchen with breakfast area and a storage room adjoin the dining area. There is one double bedroom and a family bathroom on the ground floor. A wide, well lit staircase leads up to first floor gallery landing and gives access to two double bedrooms, one with small balcony, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and separate balcony having views across open countryside.

Within the annexed self-contained apartment there is a fitted kitchen with larder fridge, washing machine and gas cooker leading to a lounge / dining room with a feature fireplace. Adjoining the living room there is a twin bedroom and separate shower room. Extra Pricing Information:

outside, from the covered terrace and patio there are extensive mature gardens with lawns surrounding a large 11m x 5m swimming pool, which has roman steps to give easy access for children and the elderly. there is a brick built barbeque and plenty of patio furniture for ‘alfresco’ dining. the gardens extend to the rear of the house and off to the right can be found an orchard stocked with citrus trees, olives, almonds and even a few grape vines. accessed through double gates, there is a large parking area for a number of cars. the property being of recent construction is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. it has been chosen to satisfy our most discerning clientele who seek a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a tranquil setting, which is within walking distance of Pollensa

Beach towels and cleaning equipment such as washing up liquid and dish cloths are not supplied in any of our properties. if your property has a barbeque, please ensure you leave it in a clean condition as no maid service is included in the up keep of this facility
