Positioned down a single lane road off the villa sits one field back from rhonda des port with no immediate neighbours and stunning views from the roof top solarium over Cala D'or. A short 400m walk from the villa is the famous Marina with it's lavish private yachts on display and bars and restaurants.
The accommodation is constructed all on one level with a roof top terrace above. The villa is accessed via large glass doors at the front by the swimming pool. As you enter the villa you come straight into the living/dining room which is furnished in pine and has an open fire, TV, DVD Player and ample eating and dining for six people. From the living area there is an internal hallway with all the other rooms off. There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and blue en-suite bathroom, a further two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and separate fitted kitchen with further dining space and door to the outside.
Portable Air conditioning units are available to hire. The villa is well cared for and tastefully furnished.
Guest comments: Hi Just a quick note to say thank you for a great holiday the villa was great, it had a rustic old Spanish feel but within walking distance of the town perfect with 2 noisy 10 year olds who could play their music and splash in the pool whenever they liked without disturbing others, The car company was excellent to no problems there either. The villa is accessed up a long drive with private parking area suitable for at least 3 cars, there are open and covered terraces and to the front of the villa is a 8m x 4m swimming pool with ladder access, there is also poolside shower and a brick built BBQ, to the side of the villa, steps lead up to a roof top solarium/terrace for stunning views across Cala D'or. the extensive grounds surrounding the villa and pool offer mature gardens with lawns. there is also a separate wash room housing washing machine and laundry equipment
