The accommodation comprises, of open plan hallway, with stairs to the first floor. Here there are two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and roof top solarium with magnificent views.

On the ground floor, there is another twin bedroom with W.C. adjacent and the stylish master double suite with walk in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom featuring twin vanity basins, luxurious sunken bath and Jacuzzi. The comfortable lounge, with feature fireplace, has a TV, Hi-FI / CD player, DVD Player and a grand piano. The dining area, adjacent to the fitted kitchen has patio doors to a shaded outside dining terrace.

The villa is well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard. All the rooms are exceptionally large with high ceilings and sizable windows. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom. Double french windows from the dining area give access to the covered patio and open terraces with a BBQ area, ideal for "alfresco" dining.

The large 12m x 6m swimming pool, with roman steps, is surrounded by lawns, mature gardens and high hedging to give total privacy. The villa is accessed via a lockable double gate and approached by a long drive though private grounds with orchards.

good nightlife within 5 minutes drive, standard maid service provided with all villas will include pre-rental clean and preparation of the villa and an end clean. if you are staying for 2 weeks you will have linen and towel change approximately half way through your holiday. additional cleaning/maid service can usually be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us for details. beach towels and cleaning equipment such as washing up liquid and dish cloths are not supplied in any of our properties. If your property has a barbeque, please ensure you leave it in a clean condition as no maid service is included in the up keep of this facility
