'Casa del Molinero' means 'The Millers House' and is adjacent to an old olive mill - 'El Molino' which is our home. Being hundreds of years old, it has been built in traditional Andalucian style with whitewashed walls of local rock and stone, and ceilings with eucalyptus beams.
We are situated ten minutes drive from Comares, a very traditional Andalucian village, where you can get supplies from the suparmarket. There are also two banks and several bar/restaurants.
Donkeys, mules and oxen are still used for transport and ploughing and you will often hear the sound of goat bells in the distance.

We have had the most relaxing holiday, in fact we've been so lazy!!! The villa is perfect - so comfortable and so very clean. As for the pool, it is just the best we have had. We will miss the view - tho' we do have the Yorkshire Dales on our doorstep. Thankyou for being there when needed and a big thankyou for the figs, herbs and chillis!!
