There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave
and fridges, as well as an attached utility room with
iron/ironing board and washing machine. The upstairs bedroom
has en-suite shower and WC facilities with separate bathroom
with WC and bidet and a further single toilet situated
downstairs.
The villa also offers a covered terrace, (half open and
half glazed), which overlooks the private pool. In addition
to this, Casa Tamar offers secure 2 car parking facilities.
There is also a colourful garden with a spiral staircase
leading to the roof terrace giving panoramic view of the
Mediterranean and the mountains at the rear. The roof
terrace has a built-in barbecue and dining facilities.
