The villa is situated 20/25 minutes inland from Alicante airport on the outskirts of Aspe, it is decorated and furnished to a high standard at a contemporary level, affording many luxury features. There is a 42" plasma television in the main living area with satellite tv and english channels, DVD player along with a music centre with IPod docking station. Remote controlled ceiling fans are installed in the living area and all bedrooms for your comfort. The kitchen / breakfast room boasts modern utilities and appliances. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The main suite (self contained), comprises of bedroom, large balcony, full bathroom and large dressing room area, LCD television and sound system. The two other bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and share the second full bathroom.

The outside abstract pool is surrounded by a patio area, there are beds for sun-worshippers and an outdoor shower. There is an outdoor dining area with table and chairs and a barbeque dining area with stools. You can relax under the terrace on the outdoor sofa and armchairs with coffee tables, sip your wine and take in the beautiful mountain views.

Take a short stroll to the village for all your amenities, supermarkets, chemists, bars, restaurants, theatre, parks etc.Enjoy a typical Spanish town square with a beautiful church.

Spotless, modern throughout. The villa manager could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay, the pool was cleaned regularly and after our first week the villa was cleaned, beds were changed and fresh towels provided The Spencers.

We arrived late at night, were collected from the airport, driven to the villa, we didn't have to worry about essentials because a basic welcome pack had been provided. The villa and management was very impressive, can't wait until next year so we can go again Sue & Robert Peterson.
