La Casa Con Sol Beso Ramaje means house with the sunkissed branches. Set in lovely secluded gardens with Olive, Lemon, Orange and Palm trees Casa Ramaje is a traditional, recently renovated 3 bedroom villa in the peaceful Costa Nova district of Javea.

Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, built on one level overlooking a large 1000m2 well established garden and a larger than average private pool with ample sun loungers and outside dining areas, you can be sure you have found the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite and 2 twins all with air conditioning. The master double has cable TV and DVD, The ensuite has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and basin. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower with toilet and basin. The separate modern equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc and all the cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware you might need as the owner is a keen chef! Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in utility room. The attractive sitting room which overlooks the pool and gardens has a large Toscan stone fireplace, cable TV (24 English channels), DVD, VCR and CD Player. There are 2 internal dining areas which sit 4 and 6 respectively. Outdoors boasts a larger than normal 10 x 5M private pool with roman steps, a fantastic south facing large patio with 6 large sunbeds and traditional Spanish BBQ for el fresco dining and 2 further dining areas/ patios within the garden ensure you can maximise the opportunity for outdoor dining. The villa is equipped with little extras to make you feel at home, including hairdryers, iron and ironing board. There is a large selection of books, DVD's and videos. This villa is also ideal for children with a large range of children's equipment as standard such as toys and games, 1 travel cot, 2 highchairs, Baby Dan Play pen, Lindam steriliser, potty and toilet training step, toddler cutlery and crockery, 2 x baby play mats, and baby change mat.

The villa is located in a tranquil environment with restaurants and shops, just a short walk away. A 8 to 10 minute drive takes you to the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.

casa Ramaje is set in the middle of a large enclosed plot with gated entrance. the gardens are well established with Palms, Olive, Orange, lemon, Pomegranate and Kumquat trees. there are 2 additional dining areas within the garden. there is a shaded car port and off street parking for 2 cars. Large private swimming pool, 10 by 5 metres, flood lit with Roman steps. shaded outdoor dining area with BBQ. total 3 tables, 16 garden chairs and 6 beach chairs. the villa has a lovely paved south facing patio. getting the sun from morning to evening it is the ideal place for sunbathing and relaxing

lively nightlife for all ages, swimming pool, close to beach, child friendly, ideal for families with teenagers, rental rates include meet and greet, all utilities, all linen (excluding beach towels) and welcome pack comprising of: water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, beer, wine, fruit juice, and toilet roll. casa Ramaje is cleaned between lets. fresh Linen is provided weekly. a weekly maid service is available at an additional charge of 80 Euros paid locally. for long lets under special offer weekly linen change is charged at 20 euros per person per week at week 3. there is no additional charge for the use of the high chairs, travel cot and other child facilities as these are included as standard
