The Villa Sleeps 8 (maximum of 10 people with a z bed).
This accommodation boasts 4 Double Bedrooms, 3 of them
located on the ground floor and the fourth located on
the first floor which has an En Suite Bathroom and a balcony
with Sea Views. There is a further full bathroom & a Shower
Room on the Ground Floor.
In the Sitting Room there is a TV and French doors lead
out to a large covered Terrace area, the pool is 8x4m
plus the steps. You can enjoy a BBQ in the secluded 1/4
acre grounds which are shrubbed and landscaped. The Kitchen
is fully equipped with Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing
Machine, Microwave, Oven & Hob. Air conditioning is provided
in the Sitting Room, Dining Room & Kitchen.
The Villa is situated on the South of the Island in
a quiet location in Torre Soli Nou in the resort of Son
Bou which is a small resort but has the longest Beach
on the Island. It is about a 25 minute drive from Mahon
Airport.
There is a Complex nearby with shops and restaurants.
We do recommend Car hire but its not entirely essential,
there is a train that circulates around the urbanisation
(usually every 20 minutes).
The Beach is about a 15 minute walk away with various
Beach Bars and water sports available. The owners recommend
a nearby hotel named Hotel San Valentine where you can
eat in the restaurant or enjoy their daily buffets and
nightly Cabarets you could also hire a Tennis Court. The
area is suitable for families & couples. Internal photos
