You will find our luxurious villa retreat available to rent on Spain's Costa Blanca in the town of Moraira. Once a small fishing village, Moraira is now a bustling town offering a lively atmosphere for both the young and the old while still retaining its small time charm despite its popularity. Moraira has a picturesque port, marina and yacht club along with a vast choice of restaurants, bars, boutiques, fresh produce, leather goods and evening stalls.

Situated in the prime residential area of San Jamie is our luxurious 4 bed, 3 bath private villa. Nestled in a secluded and peaceful neighbourhood the villa is only a short drive from the beach and Moraira village centre whilst still in walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Ifach Golf Club is located on the San Jamie urbanisation, a 9 hole, par60 of 3728 yards, set in a beautiful green valley with its own bar, restaurant, pool and tennis courts.

It is a spacious villa on a substantial plot of mature trees and shrubs, with a large private swimming pool (8m x 4m), extensive terracing with sea views and built in BBQ area.

As well as the sun terrace which has plenty of sun loungers for relaxing, there are two areas for alfresco dining and a covered naya with wicker seating. The villa also benefits from both a poolside shower and kitchen. The accommodation consists of a master bedroom on the second floor with its own ensuite and glass double doors opening onto a private balcony with views of the Mediterranean and pool area.

Downstairs there is a further double bedroom with ensuite and two further twin rooms which have a separate fully equipped bathroom to share. Both double bedrooms have air conditioning whilst the twins have free standing fans. You will be spoilt with a newly fitted top specification kitchen (washing machine is in an external utility room) and breakfast bar which leads into the expansive lounge diner which boasts a Philips TV/DVD sound system with Sky freeview and double glazed doors which lead out to the BBQ area.

Along with the air conditioning there is a wood burning stove for those cooler evenings. Whilst the dining area is fully glazed with views out onto the pool and terracing. From the dining room you can access the covered naya and follow steps down to the pool.
