of Xeraco, with all amenities; restaurants, supermarkets,
medical centre, shops, pharmacy etc., and less than 15
minutes from the bustling town of Gandia and its associated
marina and nautical club. The outside is very private
with no overlooking properties (Nearest house several
hundred metres away). Outstanding pool area with 10m long
pool, surrounding area and terraces have a Hispano-Morrocan
feel with sculptured rocks, lots of tosca, terracotta,
and ceramics. Next to the house is a large, marble, crazy
paved terrace.
